Feedback Reflection:
I realized too late that I had not provided a means to get any feedback from the participants who took part in my Ergonomics presentation other than that I received during and immediately after the presentation. That is something I wish I had done differently. Looking back with 20/20 Hindsight Vision, and looking ahead to the next time I give an online presentation, here is what I think would be appropriate:
At the end of the presentation, push out a Survey Monkey website link to a questionnaire regarding the effectiveness of my presentation. I would ask questions about audio and visual clarity as well as value of the information to the participant. A few summative questions to assess the effectiveness of the Professional Development Learning Module would conclude the questionnaire.
